Digital AAA Cards
When you opt-in for a paperless membership, your membership card is only available digitally. You can add your AAA digital card to your Apple Wallet or Google Pay to access it whenever you have your smartphone. Besides the benefit of going “green,” you will never have to worry about misplacing your card again.
Paperless Billing
With paperless billing, you can access your AAA bill online instead of receiving a paper statement. This also allows you to arrange auto-renewal for your membership, ensuring your membership never expires unexpectedly.

If you’re already a member, simply text the word “DIGITAL” to (518) 426-1000 to begin the digital card process. You’ll receive a link in your email with instructions for downloading your digital membership card and adding it to your smartphone wallet.
