AAA Annual Meeting Proxy 2025

I hereby nominate and/or appoint William Zeronda, Carl Florio, Joseph Porter and Marc Ehrlich to vote as my proxy on matters concerning the club. I further appoint any or all of them my true and lawful attorney for all matters concerning the club, with full power of substitution for me and in my name, to vote as my proxy at the Annual Meeting of Members of AAA Hudson Valley; to be held on Wednesday, May 21, 2025 at 5:00 PM at the Club Headquarters at 618 Delaware Avenue, Albany, New York; and at any adjournments thereof, upon any and all matters which may be presented, considered and voted upon at said meetings, including the election of directors, as full and with like effect as I might or could have done if personally present, hereby ratifying and confirming all that my said attorney may do in my name and stead.
